The Automatic Emission Monitoring System (CEMS – Continuous Emission Monitoring System) is a mandatory requirement for many high-emission industrial sectors.
In compliance with Decree No. 08/2022/NĐ-CP and Circular No. 10/2021/TT-BTNMT, Pomina 2 Steel Manufacturing Plant has continued to supplement and install a continuous automatic emission monitoring system (CEMS) for its industrial stacks. Asin Vietnam is honored to directly implement the supply and installation of this system.

The CEMS emission monitoring system at the steel plant includes the following parameters: flow rate, temperature, pressure, dust, SO₂, NOx, CO, and O₂.
Based on on-site surveys, Asin Vietnam provides suitable installation solutions to ensure efficiency, optimized operation, and cost-effectiveness.

Dust, gas, flow, temperature, and pressure analysis sensors are installed on the pipeline.
Based on the working environmental conditions and taking into account operational feasibility as well as simplified maintenance and servicing for the plant, all equipment is selected to fully meet stringent operating requirements.

The equipment cabinet is installed in the central station house, fully equipped with a fire protection system (PCCC) and necessary surveillance cameras.
After completing the installation, the technical team quickly organized operational training and finalized the required procedures to bring the system into official operation.
